A playful child development project created to help children ages 5 to 7 transition into their next stage of development. The Crayon Box brings crayons to life through imaginative storytelling, sparking empathy and introducing the concept of Theory of Mind, the understanding that others have unique thoughts and feelings. Based on Piaget’s stages of growth, the story draws on children’s natural creativity and imaginative play to introduce the concept of perspective in an engaging and accessible way.
